System will allow the operator to add an appointment for any existing or new client for some specific Employee/Beautician or any Employee/Beautician depending on client preferences.

During the insert appointment process following options will be available for the operator to register an appointment:

1. System will allow the operator to select the existing client by just putting his number or any other detail or add new Client while adding an appointment.
2. Operator will select Appointment Date & time preferences.
3. Operator will select the services which client required.
4. Operator will select the Employee/Beautician If client has some preferences.

Dashboard:

Dashboard will provide quick access to the application modules from a single window.

Following information will be displayed in the Dashboard.

1. Today’s Appointments list by time
2. Appointments assigned to Employees/Beauticians
3. Available time slots for Scheduling appointments
4. Operator can select date and time duration from the Dashboard, and can directly add appointment from that window

Payments

1. Operator will select Appointment number or Token Number,
2. System will calculate total dues by calculating sum of each service client requested.
3. When client pays, operator will insert the payment records, any discount (if allowed) etc.
4. System will generate the payment receipt (optional).

1. Sale Report by each Employee/Beautician,
2. Sale Report by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly
